Free Shipping
Lost Harbor offers free shipping to customers in the 48 contiguous states on all orders over $50. We will ship such orders by our choice
of either UPS or the US Postal Service. Generally, shipments will take 1-7 business days to arrive.
UPS will not deliver to a post office box. If you have a post office box, please include both your mailing address (PO Box) and street address when you checkout.
No Hidden Shipping Charges
Lost Harbor shipping & handling charges are based upon the total weight of your order. When adding items to your shopping cart, you will see our shipping calculator. You can use shipping calculator to find the exact shipping charges for the items in your cart. You do NOT need to make an account or checkout to find the shipping charge. The calculator will automatically adjust your total as you add or subtract items from your cart.
Shipping Options
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping providers. Since UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we ask that you only provide a physical address for shipping or choose USPS for your carrier.
Shipping PoliciesMany items in our catalog ship within 24 hours. Other items will take up to 7 business days to process. The availability and estimated ship time is shown on the top of each individual item page. If your order contains items with different estimated shiptimes we may delay your order until all items are ready to ship. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping your order beyond the estimated ship time, you will be contacted. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the details of your shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your package has been processed for shipment, your UPS tracking number and/or USPS delivery confirmation number will be provided via email. Please note that USPS Delivery Confirmation is just (and only) that: Upon delivery, postal carriers log in packages with hand-held electronic scanners, thereby confirming that deliveries of packages were made at a specific time and day. It is not a tracking number and typically does not register in the USPS system until delivery has been made.
International Customers
We are now shipping worldwide. Shipping options include: USPS Airmail (1-3 week delivery) and USPS Global Express (3-5 day delivery). All international shipments include properly filled customs forms and an accurate invoice to ensure they are processed by international customs offices as quickly as possible.
Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be charged to all orders shipped to a Massachussetts address.
